Since Seema's blog is now private, here is the recipe reconstructed (may not be exactly like what she has posted) from the original post of Shammi's:
2 cups whole wheat flour (or plain if you prefer)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder (or to taste)
1 small onion, chopped fine
3-4 jalapenos/green chilies, chopped fine
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp black sesame seeds (you can use white or natural too)
2 tbsp oil
Water as required
Mix all ingredients together except water. Slowly add water and knead to a stiff dough. Roll out into small chappati-like circles.
Heat oven to 300F. Line cookie sheet with the rolled out circles. Bake for 10 minutes or until they are browned and crisp.
