Off to India! And Oondhiyu

Just for 3 weeks though! Am looking forward to a nice, long, warm vacation. M's first trip to India. Am dreading the journey though - how will I keep her occupied? What if she gets fussy in the flight? Thankfully, N is going with me and that will make it easier, I'm sure!



Indian grocers have frozen undhiyu vegetables that include muthiyas too! I used the frozen veggies to make my undhiyu and used this and this for direction. The end result was a yummy dish that I now know is not as complicated as I first thought! Thank you, T & Poo!
